About CyberSuraksha SAT

CyberSuraksha SAT is a focused cybersecurity awareness training program created for Indian MSMEs. Our goal is simple: help your employees recognise phishing, frauds and scams before they cause financial loss or reputational damage.

Our Mission

Most cyber awareness programs are built for large enterprises. They are long, complex and not designed for busy teams in small and medium businesses. CyberSuraksha SAT exists to give MSMEs a practical, easy-to-understand way to train their staff on real-world scams they face every day – email phishing, WhatsApp frauds, UPI scams and social engineering.

Why CyberSuraksha SAT Exists

Large companies have dedicated IT security teams. Most MSMEs do not. Yet attackers actively target MSMEs because they know there is less time, less budget and fewer formal processes.

Employees are busy handling customers, operations, billing and payments. In between all this, a single fake email, UPI request or WhatsApp message can slip through and create a serious problem.

CyberSuraksha SAT focuses on the human side of security – teaching your people how to pause, think and verify before they click, share or approve anything.

Who Is Behind CyberSuraksha SAT?

CyberSuraksha SAT is led by a professional who has spent years working in technology, cybersecurity and customer-facing roles.

Experience includes:

  • Working with Acronis solutions – cloud backup, cybersecurity and data protection – selling to and supporting partners such as MSPs, MSSPs, system integrators and cloud resellers.
  • Handling enterprise customers and channel partners across India, Australia and New Zealand in roles like Sales Representative, Business Development Representative and Partner Account Manager.
  • Earlier experience at iYogi, helping end users solve technical issues and improve their security posture, along with leading sales renewal teams.

This mix of technical understanding, sales experience and hands-on customer interaction is what shapes CyberSuraksha SAT. The training is not just “theoretical security”. It is built from real conversations with customers, partners and users who have faced or narrowly escaped cyber incidents.

How We Design Our Training

  • Short, focused lessons instead of long marathons
  • Plain, simple English with Indian examples
  • Scenarios based on real phishing, WhatsApp and UPI fraud patterns
  • Quizzes and checks after each module to reinforce learning
  • Online access so staff can complete training from office or home

Who We Serve

  • Small and medium businesses (MSMEs) in India
  • Schools, colleges and training institutes that want to educate staff on cyber risks
  • Owners, directors and managers who want practical training for their non-technical employees
